В статье проводится комплексное исследование организационно-правовых моделей прокурорского надзора на досудебных стадиях уголовного судопроизводства в правовых системах зарубежных стран. Актуальность темы обусловлена необходимостью совершенствования механизмов обеспечения законности расследования уголовных дел, в особенности на стадии предварительного расследования. С помощью сравнительно-правового метода были выявлены различия в разных моделях прокурорского надзора: от строго контроля до процессуального руководства следствием. Также были рассмотрены различия роли прокурора и его контроля в различных государствах. Результаты исследования позволяют дать оценку возможности внедрения отдельных зарубежных норм в отечественную систему уголовного судопроизводства для улучшения качества расследования.

The article provides a comprehensive study of the organizational and legal models of prosecutorial supervision in the pre-trial stages of criminal proceedings in the legal systems of foreign countries. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to improve the mechanisms for ensuring the legality of criminal investigations, especially at the preliminary investigation stage. Using the comparative legal method, the article identifies the differences in the various models of prosecutorial supervision, ranging from strict control to procedural guidance of the investigation. The article also examines the differences in the role of the prosecutor and their supervision in different countries. The results of the study provide an assessment of the possibility of introducing certain foreign norms into the domestic system of criminal proceedings to improve the quality of investigations.
