<p>This article aims to develop tools for managing entrepreneurial projects in the context of digital transformation and focuses on a methodologically sound distinction between the functions of human and artificial intelligence in management systems. It is argued that the accelerated implementation of AI solutions in planning, analytics, control, and decision-making support processes not only improves operational efficiency but also increases the risk of substituting personalized management responsibility with the computational rationality of algorithms. This is particularly critical for entrepreneurial projects focused on long-term development, value sustainability, and social impact. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is the concept of projective responsibility, which interprets entrepreneurial responsibility as projecting the future consequences of decisions, rather than simply complying with current regulations and regulatory restrictions. As a practical consequence of this concept, a demarcation matrix of human and artificial intelligence (HI-AI) is proposed, allowing for the structuring of management functions according to the degree of acceptable automation and the risks of distorting the humanistic and ethical foundations of the management system. The matrix identifies areas where AI is useful as an auxiliary tool (big data processing, performance monitoring, forecasting, and pattern identification) and areas where human intelligence should remain paramount (strategic management, decisions under conditions of value uncertainty, personnel management, and social impact assessment). It is shown that the application of the AI-HI matrix enables the managed digital transformation of entrepreneurial projects, maintaining a balance between efficiency and responsibility, and reducing the likelihood of a «responsibility vacuum» in the algorithmization of management procedures. The results of the study can be used in the development of customized models and the adaptation of existing ones for managing entrepreneurial projects in the digital economy.</p>
<kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>менеджмент</kwd><kwd>предпринимательский проект</kwd><kwd>искусственный интеллект</kwd><kwd>цифровая трансформация</kwd><kwd>проективная ответственность</kwd><kwd>человеческий интеллект</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>management</kwd><kwd>entrepreneurial project</kwd><kwd>artificial intelligence</kwd><kwd>digital transformation</kwd><kwd>projective responsibility</kwd><kwd>human intelligence</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><ref id="ref1"><mixed-citation publication-type="other" xml:lang="ru">Попов Е.
